MASTER-CLASS AIMS:
  1. The object of the Master Case Study Seminar is to create a practical exercise for students to bring together the knowledge and techniques they have learned in their previous practice and reinforce the learning experience, to estimate property competitive advantages, profitability, to develop the competent promotion policy;
  2. to show the competent complex approach to the commercial real estate property development:
  • developing a business plan;
  • developing a net operating income budget, focused on the main factors at development expediency decision-making;
  • estimating a property profitability, predicting and optimizing profitable and expenditure items of the budget;
  • estimating possible risk factors.
